Here's an easy-to-follow visual for you -- a three-year overview of listings and sales for Chicago properties November 28-December 4, 2006-2007-2008.
More condos were listed and sold than any other type of property. Median condo sale prices rose 11% in 2007 over 2006 (wow!). But they dipped about 6% for 2008 compared to 2007 (sigh...).
